HUNTER sponsored "Supersportler" snacks for canine obstacle runners
Since Nadin Matthews, founder and owner of dogument – training and further education in dog training, cynological lecturer and author, founded the »Tough Hunter« in 2016, many courageous dog owners and their four-legged friends have thrown themselves into this unique experience and mastered the challenge of obstacle running and various disciplines such as canicross, trail, impulse control, retrieving and hunting together. The start will be in self-set human-dog teams of two to eight participants, who will run either the S (7 km), M (12 km) or L distance (21 km). According to the »Tough Hunter« concept, there are neither winners nor losers. It's all about reaching the finish together as a team. No matter how long it takes. Nadin Matthews and her team are concerned that the varied sport is conducive to the education of the respective dog. Physical workload, impulse control, courage, trust and much more come to bear at the »Tough Hunter«. On 6 and 7 October, the last human-dog obstacle course of this season took place near Berlin. About 400 human-dog teams took part in it. To support the four-legged starters, HUNTER gave everyone a pack of the gently baked dog snacks TRAINING "Supersportler", made from chicken and with valuable quinoa. This strengthened the motivation and gave additional energy for the demanding run. To all those still undecided for the 2019 season - quoted from the official website of the »Tough Hunter« - let us say: »You don't run the Tough Hunter because you can do it, but because you dare!«. When and where the runs will take place in 2019 will be announced on the official website www.tough-hunter.de.
