Dog health, information and action were the focus of the Vital Dog Days at HUNTER

From 8 to 10 May 2025, the focus at HUNTER in Bielefeld was on dog health, information and action. The ‘Vital Dog Days’ took place for the first time in the brand store at the HUNTER headquarters - a three-day event with a varied programme that was very well received by visitors and four-legged friends alike.

The centrepiece of the event was the professional treadmill analysis, in which the gait of the dogs was objectively analysed using the latest pressure measurement and camera technology. The fit of dog harnesses could also be checked on site and adjusted if necessary - a plus for the health and well-being of the animals.

The programme was complemented by specialist lectures by HUNTER expert, vet Dr Julia Vietmeier, on the topics of nutrition, exercise and dog health, a first aid course for dog owners and practical workshops in cooperation with the Positive Dog Academy dog school. A varied dog course to promote body awareness and numerous activities in the shop - from product demonstrations to exclusive offers - rounded off the event.

The response to the ‘Vital Dog Days’ was consistently positive. Visitors particularly appreciated the combination of information, practical application and personalised advice. The event provided space for professional dialogue, new ideas and personal discussions with experts from various fields.

HUNTER would like to thank everyone involved and looks forward to a possible continuation of the event format.
